Using the PRIMUSmed penis pump is easy

1. Place your choice of erection ring onto the cylinder using the handy slip-on cone attachment; slide it down until it’s about 2cm from the opening.
2. Place the reduction ring into the opening and apply lubricant to its inner and outer rim
3. Insert your penis into the cylinder, press it against your body and hold down the button for 4-5 seconds.
4. Wait for around 10 seconds; if the resulting erection isn’t strong enough then repeat.
5. Once you have a satisfactory erection slide the erection ring onto the base of your penis, ensuring that the handles are at the top and bottom.
6. Press the top button to release the vacuum and remove the cylinder; you can now have sex.
7. You can leave the erection ring on for up to 30 minutes. When you’re finished, stretch the ring using the handles, wait for your erection to go down then slide it off your penis.
